We're looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to join our Support Office team on a 6 month fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in enhancing commercial, financial, and operational reporting, 

From Doughnuts to Dashboards

You'll turn numbers into stories, insights into action, and data into better business decisions. Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll help uncover opportunities, improve performance, and fuel growth behind the glaze.

You'll be:

• Designing and developing insightful dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions
• Analysing business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Improving and streamline existing reporting processes to increase efficiency and visibility
• Partnering with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Supporting the implementation, testing, training, and adoption of new reporting tools
• Translating complex data into clear recommendations that drive business outcomes

The Sweet Skills We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in Commercial Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Finance
• Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
• Advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard development skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
