We're looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven National Account Manager to take ownership of one of our largest and most important retail partnerships. What You'll Do

You'll be the driving force behind growing sales, profitability and customer success across a key national account.

From leading customer meetings and negotiating commercial opportunities to launching new initiatives and visiting stores to see execution first-hand, no two days are the same. You'll work closely with teams across Category, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing to bring ambitious growth plans to life.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in FMCG, retail or account management
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience managing large customer relationships
• The ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong project management skills and a knack for making things happen
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as regular store visits are essential to building relationships, identifying opportunities and ensuring outstanding execution in market.
