About the Role

As a Production Team Member, you’ll help bring our iconic doughnuts to life and inspire the Wonder that only Krispy Kreme can – preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and supporting the production process from start to finish. Take responsibility in delivering sustainable outcomes by making sure our doughnuts meets our quality standards before it heads out to our stores and customers.

You’ll work as part of a supportive, 'dough-lightful' team, where no two shifts are the same and every day is a chance to learn something new.

What You'll Be Getting Up To

• Preparing ingredients and operating doughnut-making equipment
• Following recipes and processes to ensure consistent quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to food safety, allergen, and WHS standards at all times
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Collaborate with teammates to magnify our impact
