About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Krispy Kreme, you’ll play a key role in bringing our stores to life - supporting the Store Manager while inspiring your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day, coaching your team, driving performance, and creating a fun, fast-paced environment where people (and doughnuts) shine. Every shift brings something new, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What are you responsible for?

  • Supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong store performance and achieve sales and KPI targets

  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team to unlock their full potential

  • Creating memorable customer moments that keep people coming back

  • Managing rosters, labour, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly

    Maintaining high standards across product quality, food safety, and store presentation

  • Building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

  • Driving operational excellence while keeping the customer at the heart of everything

  • A natural leader who loves developing people and building strong teams
  • Someone hands-on, positive, and ready to lead by example every day
  • Experience in retail or hospitality leadership roles as a plus
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results
  • Confidence, energy, and a genuine love for creating feel-good moments for customers and team alike
  • Emergency and First Aid certification (desired)
