We're searching for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement, supplier partnerships, inventory planning, and supply coordination across Australia and New Zealand. You'll play a critical role in bringing new products to life, ensuring our factories have exactly what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading procurement and supply planning for ingredients and packaging across ANZ
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts and performance
• Ensuring inventory levels support product launches while minimising waste
• Turning forecasts into smart purchasing decisions and supply plans
• Coaching and developing our Procurement & Inventory Specialist
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous improvement
• Supporting the successful launch of exciting new products and limited time offers across the business

What You'll Bring

We're big believers in hiring for attitude and cultural contribution, but you'll also have:

• 2 years+ experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, project management or a related field
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
• Outstanding stakeholder and supplier management skills
• A knack for analysing data and solving problems
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using ERP or inventory systems
• Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
