At Krispy Kreme, we are not just about doughnuts, we are about creating joy. We are looking for a passionate Retail Store Manager to take the reins and make every shift exceptional.

What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)

As our Store Manager, you’re not just running a store - you’re running the show.
You’ll be the energy, the leader, and the driving force behind unforgettable customer moments (and seriously good doughnuts).

 

You will:

  • Lead, coach and hype your team to bring their best vibes to every shift
  • Own the numbers - from budgets and labour to rosters and KPIs - and keep everything running like a well-glazed machine
  • Hit sales targets while making sure every customer leaves happier than they arrived
  • Keep operations tight: stock, inventory (MICROS), cash, and store presentation always on point
  • Champion safety and quality like a pro (WHS, HACCP, hygiene - you’ve got it covered)
  • Turn customer feedback into feel-good moments
  • Spot, grow, and develop future leaders in your team
    Keep things fresh - bringing new ideas and continuous improvements to the table

What We’re Looking For

You are a people-first leader with a strong business mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of budgets, rostering, and operations
  • Resilience, positivity, and the ability to motivate others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership
  • Confidence, energy, and a genuine passion for the Krispy Kreme brand

Your Experience

  • Certificate IV in Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or hospitality
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading teams as a Supervisor or Team Leader
