We're looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to join our Support Office team in Alexandria, NSW on a fixed-term parental leave contract from August 2026 to March 2027.

A Day in the Life

 

No two days are the same in this role. One minute you're celebrating a record eCommerce week, the next you're partnering with teams to launch new digital experiences that delight our customers.

 

You'll be:

  • Leading a talented digital team and helping them do their best work
  • Driving growth across eCommerce, CRM, loyalty, fundraising and delivery channels
  • Turning data and insights into smart commercial decisions
  • Collaborating with Marketing, IT, Operations and partners to bring ideas to life
  • Keeping major digital and app initiatives moving forward
  • Solving challenges, spotting opportunities and creating seamless customer experiences
