About the Role

As a Production Team Leader, you’ll take the lead in managing the early stages of our doughnut-making process—preparing, mixing, and baking our iconic products to perfection. You’ll guide your team through each stage of production, ensuring every batch is consistent, on time, and up to Krispy Kreme’s high standards.

 

Working closely with the Production Manager, you’ll support daily operations, help develop your team, and create a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.

 

What are you responsible for?

  • Leading from the front to deliver daily production targets safely and efficiently

  • Ensuring every doughnut meets Krispy Kreme’s quality and presentation standards before it leaves the floor

  • Planning workflows, organising staffing, and keeping shifts running like clockwork

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing Team Members to grow their skills and confidence

  • Creating a safe, clean environment that meets WHS and food safety standards

  • Monitoring team performance, providing real-time feedback, and escalating where needed

  • Supporting team engagement by running shift briefings and fostering strong communication
