The Role


Krispy Kreme ANZ is growing, and so is the People and Culture Team. We are looking for a curious and confident team player who will contribute to the delivery of the P&C team purpose: to provide our Krispy Kremers with an Wonderfully Original employee experience. 


In this sweet role you will:

  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process and issue variation letters
  • Manage the P&C inbox and maintain all P&C documentation (position descriptions, contracts, variation letters, policies, manuals, training guides, employee files)
  • Provide first level advice and support on contracts, policies and P&C systems
  • Provide administrative support in the areas of Recruitment, Payroll, Recognition and Learning and Development
  • Support the P&C team with initiatives and processes that enhance the employee experience
  • Stay grounded and true to yourself. After all, everyone at Krispy Kreme is an Original!

We are a proud and passionate P&C team, seeking a self-motivated learner with a desire for continuous improvement. This is a busy role where you will learn, thrive and be valued.


What you can bring to the team


We firmly believe in hiring for cultural contribution and training for skills; however, there are some things we need from you:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field), and knowledge and understanding of HR principles
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, coupled with advanced written and verbal communication and confidence with Microsoft Office
  • An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, and self-manage to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service with an ability to focus on solutions and remain calm under pressure 
  • A passion for teams and a commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce
