The Role

 

Reporting into the Commercial Director, the Account Executive will play a pro-active role within the Commercial team, working collaboratively with, and supporting the Commercial & Category Managers. This role will assist in the account management of our commercial customers in both the grocery and P&C channels across Australia and New Zealand. This role has high exposure to customers and across many internal stakeholders. In order to be successful, you will be a self-starting, dynamic, go-getter who will roll up your sleeves and get things done!

 

In this sweet role you will:

  • Support the delivery of sales and profit targets by assisting Commercial Managers in their day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the key point of contact for our business partners by responding to requests for information and/or insights to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure our partners’ in-store merchandising standards are met with the consumer experience and journey in mind.
  • Support the Commercial Director across all aspects of both the S&OP and go-to-market process.
  • Support cross-functional demand activities with customers, as well as Marketing and Manufacturing Teams. 
  • Deliver periodic reporting that provides insightful and reliable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required (e.g., data analysis; preparation of proposals, presentations, reports etc.).
