The Role


In this newly created end to end HRBP role, you will partner with Manufacturing and Support functions and contribute to the delivery of the HR team purpose: to provide our Krispy Kremers with an Irresistibly Original employee experience. To support an inclusive and safe learning culture that inspires the same joy and wonder for our Peeps that we, as a business, create for our customers.


In this sweet role you will:

  • Become a valued partner through the delivery of advice in all areas of People and Culture, balancing both individual and business needs
  • Develop initiatives to build and embed the culture and values of Krispy Kreme in Australia and New Zealand
  • Lead HR Projects to improve employee engagement, organisational performance and support business strategic goals
  • Drive a learning culture by creating and delivering capability development solutions 
  • Manage our employer brand and the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring Hiring Managers are equipped to effectively source and onboard our next generation of Krispy Kremers  
  • Coach leaders to effectively manage employee relations including NEA and Policy interpretation, investigations, disciplinary meetings, and risk identification
  • Promote a safety culture and act as a reference point for the identification and management of WHS issues across your client group
  • Stay grounded and true to yourself. After all, everyone at Krispy Kreme is an Original!

We are looking for someone with integrity, curiosity and passion. We are a small HR team in a growing company and this is a role where you will really have a chance to make an impact!


What you can bring to the team


We firmly believe in hiring for cultural contribution and training for skills, however there are some things we need from you:

  • Knowledge of current ANZ HR legislation and an ability to coach leaders on Employee Relations matters
  • Experience designing and delivering training solutions to uplift capability
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and partner at all levels of the business
  • Integrity to hold yourself to account and the courage to hold others to account - "The standard you walk past is the standard you accept"
  • A solutions-focussed mindset coupled with the analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and propose effective solutions
  • A passion for teams and a commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce
