Retail Marketing Executive

Krispy Kreme has some incredible expansion plans over the next few years and we’re on a journey to become the most loved sweet treat brand across Australia and New Zealand! With that in mind, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

 

Working closely with the Retail & Field Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and implementing relevant marketing campaigns and activities designed to bring the consumer journey to life in both AU and NZ retail and field environments. 

 

About the role 

Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some key outcomes we hope this role will achieve… 

  • Campaign support materials are developed to the highest standard and delivered efficiently
  • Store marketing and event activities (e.g. new store openings, and in-store activations) are executed efficiently and effectively, whilst ensuring a positive brand experience is maintained 
  • Point of Sale (POS) and Retail Digital Screen network is continuously managed to a high standard 
  • Relevant data is collected, analyzed and reported on to the Retail and Field Marketing Manager as well as the wider Marketing Team 
  • Relevant marketing requests from both external and internal stakeholders are responded to in a professional, helpful and timely manner
  • Relevant administrative support is provided to both the Retail and Field Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. design team, printers)
  • Ability to work independently as well as seek new and innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner

  • Integrity and a commitment to ethical operations
  • Confidence, passion and enthusiasm about the customer experience and the Krispy Kreme Brand

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Tertiary Degree in Communications, Marketing and/or Business
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience
    • Experience in a QSR or Retail business would be highly regarded
    • Experience with retail POS systems (e.g. Micros) would be highly regarded 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
