The Role


You will be responsible for driving results in our growing Retail store network across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.


You will be responsible for:

  • Your direct reports receive continuous coaching and development;
  • You use our systems and tools to drive operational excellence and customer experience;
  • Your KPIs including sales, GP and store audit results are met at all sites;
  • You conduct regular sales analysis and take proactive action to improve results, with localised store plans developed to really drive progress;
  • You continually look for things to challenge and ways to improve to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience in store.

We need someone who has the ability to obtain cooperation and commitment from a variety of people by communicating with and influence to get strong results in the Queensland market.


What you can bring to the team


We are looking for someone who has multi site retail management experience:

  • Strategic thinker with effective business communication skills;
  • Strong leader who can inspire and coach a team;
  • Great time management and the ability to prioritise;
  • Experience with understanding P&Ls, store management and a genuine love of retail; 
  • A resourceful, flexible and responsive manner; and a
  • Collaborative, positive and team focused approach.
