What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)As a Production Team Member, you’ll be part of the team behind the magic. You’ll prepare, bake, and decorate our famous doughnuts, ensuring every batch meets Krispy Kreme’s high standards. This role is all about attention to detail, consistency, and taking pride in your work while working closely with your team. You Will:- Prepare, bake, decorate, and pack doughnuts to Krispy Kreme’s quality standards
- Follow Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Food Safety practices to maintain a safe environment
- Use Krispy Kreme tools and systems to ensure consistency and quality in every product
- Keep work areas and equipment clean, organised, and ready for production
- Monitor equipment and report any issues to your Team Leader or Manager
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver quality products efficiently and safely
