At Krispy Kreme, we are not just about doughnuts, we are about creating joy. We are looking for a passionate Retail Store Manager to take the reins and make every shift exceptional.

What You’ll Be Owning (and Loving)

As our Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store, driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an amazing customer experience every single day.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to bring their best energy to every shift
  • Take charge of budgets, labour, rosters, and KPIs, keeping the business running smoothly
  • Deliver sales targets while maintaining product quality and customer experience
  • Manage operations including stock control, inventory (MICROS), cash handling, and store presentation
  • Champion safety, food quality, and compliance including WHS, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Turn customer feedback into positive experiences and loyal customers
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders, building a strong and engaged team
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operations

What We’re Looking For

You are a people-first leader with a strong business mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of budgets, rostering, and operations
  • Resilience, positivity, and the ability to motivate others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical leadership
  • Confidence, energy, and a genuine passion for the Krispy Kreme brand

Your Experience

  • Certificate IV in Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or hospitality
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading teams as a Supervisor or Team Leader
