About the Role

As a Production Team Member, you’ll be part of the team that makes the magic happen behind the scenes. You’ll prepare, bake, and decorate our iconic doughnuts, ensuring they meet Krispy Kreme’s quality standards. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to food safety and teamwork.

What are you responsible for?

• Use what you learn from the training we provide to inspire customer wonder with the doughnuts that you make
• Follow recipes and procedures to make and serve quality Krispy Kreme Products
• Cooperate with your teammates and managers to create and maintain a fun, welcoming and clean store environment for all customers and fellow Krispy Kremers
