We are looking for a passionate ERP Support Specialist to join our team and support our Manufacturing sites and Retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring our teams are empowered to use our ERP systems effectively and confidently.

 

The Opportunity

 

As our ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and training to ensure the completion of tasks in a timely manner. You will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ERP related processes and collaborate with AU and US-based system experts to document and improve all operational workflows.

 

In this fantastic role you will be responsible for: 

 

ERP System Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues across retail and manufacturing teams in AU and NZ
  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS and Micros systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues in collaboration with local and US-based support teams.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or potential disruptions.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Generate and distribute ERP-based reports to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all ERP modules.
  • Provide timely updates and reporting to ERP helpdesks regarding system issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations through proper ERP usage and documentation.

Training & Collaboration

  • Design and deliver tailored training sessions for operations staff on ERP tasks and processes.
  • Create user-friendly guides, manuals, and SOPs to support ongoing learning and system usage.
  • Liaise with AU and US-based ERP experts to align system functionality with business needs.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, translating system capabilities into practical solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with retail, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience working with ERP systems—Oracle EBS and Micros experience.
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows in manufacturing, retail or supply chain environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions without relying on deep technical IT knowledge.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs and training materials to support consistent system usage
  • Ability to identify and resolve system issues before they impact operations.
  • Able to communicate complex system tasks in a simple, engaging, and supportive way.
  • A commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience: Operational experience in ERP support, Supply Chain, IT, or related areas.
