The Role This 12-month Full Time Contract role will provide supply chain support to new product launches in Australia and New Zealand, by facilitating sourcing, planning, and logistics activities. To achieve the above, the role must work collaboratively across the marketing, retail, commercial, online and manufacturing functions. Working for Krispy Kreme means being part of the magic. Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some tasks that will form the backbone of your work as a New Product Supply Specialist: - Ingredient and packaging suppliers are identified and onboarded onto Krispy Kreme systems
- Finished product forecasts are consolidated, and ingredient and packaging forecasts are communicated to suppliers
- Ingredients, packaging, finished product, and all other master data related to new products are set up in Krispy Kreme systems
- All logistics arrangements with regards to arrival of raw materials onto Krispy Kreme sites, and distribution to stores, are completed within required timeframes.
- Suppliers are provided with updated forecasts regularly in the life of a limited time offer, to mitigate raw material write offs at the end of the offer.
- Usage of raw materials by manufacturing is tracked and regularly communicated to manufacturing managers to ensure the new product is being produced to the recipe.
- You work with your team to address business challenges through creating and implementing action plans in line with key business priorities

Education - Tertiary qualifications in related discipline (Supply Chain or Business)
Experience - 2 years+ experience in new product, supply chain, operations, or project management role
