What are you responsible for? - Ensuring that Team Members comply with QSE & Food Safety standards.
- Elevate the performance the team you lead by providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating training
- Using Krispy Kreme systems and processes to help manage food safety and compliance as outlined by the expectations set by your store manager
- Leading your team to make sure they complete all their assigned tasks on time and in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
- Dealing professionally with Customer feedback in line with Krispy Kreme standards, policies, and procedures.
- Managing cash handling in line with procedures including security procedures.
- Overseeing the quality of all products intended for customers and liaising you’re your Manager to inform internal or external suppliers of any issues with quality, timeliness, or suitability.
- Manage on shift components of achieving sales, labour and materials targets as outlined by your manager
- Acting as the ‘Store Champion’ as directed by your manager to lead the roll out of promotions, local store marketing activities, and in-store special events.
