What are you responsible for?
Ensuring that Team Members comply with QSE & Food Safety standards.
Elevate the performance the team you lead by providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating training
Using Krispy Kreme systems and processes to help manage food safety and compliance as outlined by the expectations set by your store manager
Leading your team to make sure they complete all their assigned tasks on time and in line with Krispy Kreme standards.
Dealing professionally with Customer feedback in line with Krispy Kreme standards, policies, and procedures.
Managing cash handling in line with procedures including security procedures.
Overseeing the quality of all products intended for customers and liaising you’re your Manager to inform internal or external suppliers of any issues with quality, timeliness, or suitability.
Manage on shift components of achieving sales, labour and materials targets as outlined by your manager
Acting as the ‘Store Champion’ as directed by your manager to lead the roll out of promotions, local store marketing activities, and in-store special events.

A flexible approach to shift patterns, with good availability across different day-parts
