We are looking for a passionate Commercial Operations Coordinator to help bring the magic to life!

Your Role:

As our Commercial Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

✅ Lead the logistics magic. Ensure seamless supply to our commercial partners across Krispy Kreme ANZ and support merchandisers with best-in-class in-store execution

✅ Proactively monitor logistics operations and merchandising standards daily

✅ Perform weekly audits to check display unit cleanliness, pricing, promotions, and positioning compliance

✅ Drive improvement and best practices by coaching and re-educating driver-merchandisers

✅ Optimize store merchandising by guiding driver-merchandisers in display positioning and maintenance

✅ Train driver-merchandisers on Krispy Kreme food safety standards and SOPs

✅ Maintain an asset register for all display units and cabinets

✅ Support the Commercial Operations Manager with KPI data and insights on merchandising performance

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field or relevant industry experience
