The National Account Manager is professional, proactive and collaborative in their approach, competent influencing both strategic and operational decisions to deliver mutually agreed targets. The National Account Manager leverages their knowledge of proven account tactics and strategies, as well as their own entrepreneurial spirit, to create and implement initiatives which drive performance and grow the business in their channels. Every day at Krispy Kreme presents different challenges and while you will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet them all, there are some tasks that will form the backbone of your work as a National Account Manager: - Acting as the principal liaison between Krispy Kreme and our Major Partners
- Proactively managing all strategic and day-to-day activities of the relationship with our Major Partner
- Building and proactively managing the relationship between key stakeholders within Krispy Kreme and our Major Partner.
- Providing accurate forecasting for sales, volume and trade spend. Communicating these to all relevant stakeholders
- Proactively working with customers to ensure Krispy Kreme’s in-store execution is delivered to a high standard
- Actively engage at store level to drive KK brand presence and performance
- Develop and execute store plans to ensure shop ability and improve performance
- Developing and executing business plans and campaign strategies in conjunction with Manufacturing, Marketing and our Major Partner
- Designing and implementing business strategies and plans in order to achieve the goals of Krispy Kreme and our Major Partner
- Creating and communicating reports and reviews on all aspects of our business activities with our Major Partner.
- Scheduling and managing regular and ad-hoc meetings with our Major Partner, and internal & external stakeholders.

Education - University Qualifications in Business, and/or a related discipline.
Experience - 3+ years’ experience in similar role at a CPG/FMCG company preferably in the P&C, Grocery or QSR channel.
