We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manufacturing Manager to help bring the magic to life!

Your Role:

As our Assistant Manufacturing Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our production floor, ensuring every doughnut meets our gold standard. Your day-to-day will include:

✅ Lead the magic behind the scenes. Create moments of shared joy by leading a team focused on ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency

✅Grow your leadership toolkit. From “Dough It” training to daily coaching, you’ll sharpen your skills and shape the next generation of Krispy Kreme legends

✅ Make every shift a sweet success. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly—from staffing to stock to shout-outs

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Food Safety Certificate

🎓 Minimum 3 years in the food handling/manufacturing industry

🎓 At least 1 year in a managerial role

🎓 Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
