We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-originated Retail Store Manager to join our Krispy Kreme family. In this role, you'll love leading a large team of people and working for a brand that’s all about providing joy to customers whilst having fun with your teammates. 

The Role

You will be responsible for: 

• Providing strong leadership to all team members with ongoing recruiting, training, coaching and support
• Successfully managing the overall financial and operational performance of the store
• Consistently making quality products and delivering excellent customer service
• Taking responsibility for ensuring food safety and WHS guidelines are adhered to
