About the Role
As a Packing Team Member, you’ll be responsible for getting our doughnuts safely packed and ready for delivery. You’ll label, stack, and move products carefully, ensuring they meet Krispy Kreme standards and reach customers in perfect condition. This role is about efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What are you responsible for? - Packing doughnuts into boxes, shippers, or trays according to Krispy Kreme standards
- Labelling boxes, shippers, and trolleys accurately, including allergen information, to ensure correct delivery
- Racking and moving trolleys safely, following correct stacking and handling procedures
- Fulfilling e-commerce orders such as gift cards, eco bags, and tamper-proof seals
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards during packing and reporting issues to your Team Leader or Manager
- Following allergen management procedures and WHS (Workers Health and Safety) practices to keep the workplace safe and compliant
- Keeping packing areas, trolleys, and equipment clean and organised
- Working cooperatively with your team to meet production schedules and delivery timelines
